If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following guidelines to ensure that your return is properly processed.
- Once an order is placed, our automated system cannot make changes to that order. This means that discounts or promotional offers must be applied at the time that an order is placed.
- Prior to sending us returned items, please complete a Return Authorization Form (RAF). To request an RAF, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of “Return and your order number”.
- To qualify for a full return, items must be unopened. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
